PURPOSE: To improve the client's chances of remaining free from repeat incarceration through K.O.P. (Knowledge, Optimism, Perseverance)

PREPARATION FOR TRAINING
Be prepared to teach, not preach

Step 1:

The individual decides if they want to participate in the program, and be trained.

Step 2:

The instructor shares with the trainee what actions they will need to take in order to be successful.

Step 3:

The instructor decides what steps must be taken in order to achieve success in the K.O.P. program.

Step 4:

The instructor shall provide all the material necessary to motivate individuals into meeting their specific goals.
